DRB approves sketch plans for two new residences

At its meeting on Wednesday, June 4, the Development Review Board (DRB) approved sketch plans for two new two-lot subdivisions. The first application was filed by Michael and Rosemarie Dubois of 624 Falls Road. They intend to build a second home behind their existing residence. The second application was filed by Daniel and Bradie Hansen of 93 Webster Road who intend to subdivide their lot into one .6 acre lot bordering Webster Road, with a second lot of 1.7 acres to the south. Details about water and sewer connections, utilities easements, and drainage ditch improvements must be worked out before their final application is filed.

The Board also approved a proposed sign with a white background and dark green lettering for Green Pasture Meats which will be opening shortly in the space recently vacated by the Bakery Next Door.

Board member Bill Stuono was not present at the meeting due to illness. The Board decided to table any further discussion of the written comments he submitted to the Selectboard until he could be present.

The next meeting of the DRB will be held on Wednesday, June 18 at 7pm in the Municipal Center.
