Application by William E. Posey for Sketch Plan approval for a major subdivision consisting of 4 single-family homes (1 existing) and two (2) duplexes.  Property at 516 Falls Road is located within the Village Residential District and the Stormwater and Historic Preservation and Design Review Overlay Districts.

Application CU14-14R1/SP14-03R2

Application by The Commons at Shelburnewood, LLC for a Conditional Use and Site Plan amendment for a modification to an existing mobile home park [§1925.1]. Property at 82 Shelburnewood Drive is located within the Village Center District and the Stormwater, Floodplain and Watercourse, and Historic Preservation and Design Review Overlay Districts.

Application CU00-08R2/SP00-3R4

Application by the Shelburne Town School District for an amendment to existing Conditional Use and Site Plan approvals for a school. The proposed amendment consists of modifications to the existing playground area, the addition of a wall ball court, and the addition of fitness stations along the existing recreation path. Property at 345 Harbor Road is located in the Residential District and the Stormwater Overlay District.
