The Griffin Report named Shelburne resident Nicole Junas Ravlin, Co-Founder and Partner, People Making Good™ PR as a 2015 “Women of Influence in the Food Industry” in the publication’s 10th annual edition of the list.
This prestigious tribute honors women nominated by their peers for their highly visible contributions to the food industry, their professionalism, and the awareness they have generated for the potential of other women in the food industry.
Ravlin began working within the food industry nine years ago when she and her business partner started People Making Good. From working with just Vermont based specialty food businesses and restaurants, Ravlin now consults with national and international food brands on their media relations and communications strategies and how best to reach U.S. consumers through earned media.
“I am truly honored to receive this recognition from The Griffin Report,” Ravlin said. “I consider myself fortunate to work within an industry that I have a personal passion for with so many great food brands and the people who lead those companies.”
“These are women who play a significant role in their company through their leadership, expertise and dedication and beyond through their charity, philanthropy and civic work,” said Karen Harty, Executive Vice President, The Griffin Report of Food Marketing. “We are delighted to recognize Nicole as a key contributor to our dynamic industry.”
