Application by Frank Talbott for Sketch Plan approval to re-subdivide an existing 113 ace lot into two lots.  The land involved is currently used for agricultural purposes and no further development or new uses are proposed.  Property at 75 Harbor Road is located in the Conservation and Rural Districts and the Floodplain and Watercourse Overlay District.
6.APPLICATION CU03-08R1 / SP97-15R2 (7:25)
Application by Marcel Beaudin, AIA, on behalf of Lake Champlain Yacht Club for Conditional Use and Site Plan approval to reconstruct and expand an existing utility building partially located within the 100’ setback of the 102’ elevation contour.  Property at 2790 Harbor Road is located in the Rural District and the Lakeshore Overlay and the Watercourse Overlay Districts.
7.APPLICATION SUB03-08R5 / CU16-02 (7:30)
Application by Wake Robin Corporation for Final Plan approval to amend a Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD-R) to include the renovation of existing facilities and the addition of a 38-unit apartment building; and Conditional Use approval for a continuing care retirement facility.  Property at 200 Wake Robin Drive is located in the Residential District and the Stormwater Overlay District.
