After years at its old location at the Shelburne Shopping Park, Brad’s Computer Services decided to move to the building that most recently housed New Leaf Deli at 935 Falls Road in Shelburne this past May.

“It was important for us to stay in Shelburne, “said General Manager Zach Sanders. “We have a very loyal customer base here, as well as in all of Chittenden county.”

The new space is about 1,000 square feet, almost triple the size of their old store. “Parking is easy, we can get more work out and we’re more efficient here,” noted Sanders. Currently Brad’s Computers has four employees and an intern.

Brad’s Computers is well known for its sales, service, upgrades and repair work on Macs and PC products as well as their ability to build custom systems, upgrade hardware and software and conduct diagnostic work.

Launched by owner Brad Daniel 16 years ago, Brad’s Computer Services was born from a childhood passion for computers. Daniel’s philosophy has always been to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest level of precision. Currently the client base is approximately 70 percent residential and 30 percent corporate accounts, with many of those accounts consisting of legal and financial firms that require reliable backup.

In addition, Brad’s Computer Services works with ‘snowbirds’ who travel south for the winter and experience computer problems. “You ship the computer to us and we’ll fix it,” said Sanders, “and we’ll ship it back for free.”

Sanders emphasized that Brad’s Computer Services always works hard to understand each customer’s situation and strive toward finding a solution that best fits their needs.
