Program Correction Notice: Shelburne Little League Babe Ruth fee will be $130.

EARLY MORNING BOOT CAMP This group workout mixes cardio and strength training, using your own body weights as well as some small equipment. All fitness levels welcome! Session dates are March 27- May 10 (no classes the week of April 24) on Mon. and Wed., from 6-7am in the Shelburne Town Gym. (class will go outside in nice weather). The fee is $100 and will be instructed by Kristin Hartley.

Young Rembrandts Drawing Class: Learn about perspective drawing, the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, and dive into the mind of master artist Romero Britto. Please bring a healthy snack for after school. The registration deadline is March 10. This class will be held on Tuesdays, March 14-April 18 from 2:05-3:15pm for $80. Kids in grades K – 5 can register.

Introduction to Sun Style Tai Chi: Improve your balance and agility, and increase lower and upper body strength with this gentle tai chi program. The class focuses on improving balance and flexibility, reducing stiffness, and preventing falls. It can be done sitting or standing by just about anyone in any location. Tai chi has also been shown to improve concentration, memory and peace of mind! Registration deadline is Friday, March 10. This class will be held from 9-10am on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 13 – May 10. There is no charge for this class but donations to Age Well are accepted. Instructor Chris Curtis will hold this class at the Shelburne Town Hall.

GENTLE YOGA: Join Kay Boyce, Certified Yoga instructor, for this Gentle Yoga Class, with attention to good alignment, stretches and simple assists. You will build strength, tone muscle and find new flexibility. You will leave class feeling taller, more focused and lighter. This class is great for those new to yoga, challenged with an injury, or who simply want to enhance their personal yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and a cotton blanket or large beach towel.  Min. 7, Max. 12 participants.  Registration Deadline is Monday, Mar. 13. Classes will be held on Thursdays from 9-10am from March 16 – April 20 (6 weeks) at the Shelburne Town Hall for $55.
