Site Plan, Conditional Use and Design Review Applications by the Saint Catherine of Siena Parish for the removal of the existing parish hall and expansion of the existing church, as well as a parking reconfiguration. The proposed expansion would accommodate the uses that are currently located within the parish hall and some office uses currently located in the adjacent rectory. Property at 92 Church Street is located in the Village Center District, Village Design Review Overlay District, Village Core Overlay District and the Stormwater-Impaired Watershed Overlay District.
5. APPLICATION SUB12-05R1 (7:20pm)
Sketch Plan Application by O’Leary-Burke Civil Associates, PLC on behalf of Mike and Lynn Roberts, owners of Shelburne Village Self Storage, for an amendment to a Commercial PUD. The application includes the addition of six self-storage buildings on the property. Property at 3933 Shelburne Road is located in the Mixed Use District, Stormwater-Impaired Watershed Overlay District and Floodplain and Watercourse Overlay District.
