5. APPLICATION(S) CU17-08 and SP17-05 (7:20pm)
Conditional Use and Site Plan Applications by Peta Gillian Senior and Sherry Senior for the replacement of a nonconforming sign and a change of use from business offices to artist studios. Property at 207 Webster Road is located in the Residential District and Stormwater Overlay District.

6. APPLICATION CU17-07 (7:25pm)
Conditional Use Application by Wake Robin Corporation for the replacement of multiple nonconforming signs. Property at 200 Wake Robin Drive is located in the Residential District and Stormwater Overlay District.

7. APPLICATION SP17-04 (7:30pm)
Site Plan Amendment Application by Civil Engineering Associates on behalf of Rice Lumber Corporation for changes to a previously approved site plan. Changes include the division of the main building on lot one from a single structure to two structures, modification of the building on lot two, consolidation of parking and residential access driveway on the east side of lot two, modification of entry points for lot two, modifications to site utilities, relocation of the dumpster for lots one and two, relocation of a fence and gate system, as well as parking waiver. Properties at 4188, 4190, 2055, 4484 Shelburne Road are located in the Mixed Use District and Stormwater Overlay District.

8. APPLICATION FBZ17-01 (7:35pm)
Sketch Plan Application by Civil Engineering Associates on behalf of Clint West for a two-lot merger to facilitate future lot development under the requirements of the Shelburne Road Form-Based Overlay District. Property at 2916 Shelburne Road is located in the Mixed Use District and Stormwater Overlay District and Shelburne Road Form-Based Overlay District.
