Shelburne Police, Fire & Rescue

Sept. 30 at 11:02 a.m. Police responded to a two-car accident on Falls Road with no injuries. Statements were taken and a crash report filed.
Sept. 30 at 3:26 p.m. Police took a report by phone of a fraud complaint from an individual at the Countryside Motel. The case is under investigation.
Sept. 30 8:45 p.m. Police checked out a call regarding an elderly man walking along Shelburne Road near Executive Drive. The man was located at Harbor Place.
Sept. 30 at 10 p.m. Police and Shelburne Rescue responded to a medical emergency on Henry Street; a patient was taken to the hospital.
Sept. 30 at 10:48 p.m. Police received multiple calls with noise complaints about gunshots or fireworks; it was fireworks at Shelburne Museum.
Sept. 30 at 11:12 p.m. Shelburne Rescue responded to a medical call from Penny Lane but the patient
refused transport to the hospital.
Oct. 1 at 10:18 a.m. A caller reported a stray dog on School Street. Police notified the Animal Control officer.
Oct. 1 at 11:46 a.m. Shelburne Rescue and Police responded to a medical alarm at The Terraces and took a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 1 at 2:22 p.m. Police did speed and traffic safety enforcement on Bostwick Road.
Oct. 1 at 3:20 p.m. A caller from Harbor Place complained about rodents entering her room and said the TV violates her freedom of religion. Shelburne Police was dispatched. The officer was unable to locate any rodents and was unable to fix the TV problem.
Oct. 1 at 3:58 p.m. 15:58 Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police responded to what turned out to be a false fire alarm on Hawley Road.
Oct. 1 at 4:20 p.m. Shelburne Rescue and Police responded to a medical call at Wake Robin and transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 1 at 5:09 p.m. A caller on Ti Hill Path reported a medical emergency. Shelburne Rescue, Fire, Police and Charlotte Rescue responded and Charlotte Rescue transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 1 at 6:41 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Vermont State Police with locating individuals on Mount Philo Road and Airport Park who were involved in an assault. Police served papers.
Oct. 1 at 7:35 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Chittenden Superior Court with service of paperwork on Nashville Road.
Oct. 2 at 10:19 a.m. Shelburne Rescue and Police responded to a medical emergency on Bostwick Farm Road and transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 2 at 11:34 a.m. Shelburne Rescue and Police responded to a medical emergency on Henry Street and transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 2 at 12:06 p.m. Shelburne Rescue assisted Hinesburg First Response at a medical call on Birch Road in St. George; Shelburne Rescue transported a patient to the hospital.
Oct. 2 at 1:01 p.m. A man walked into the police station to report that he arrived at work on Graham Way to find everything had been removed. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
Oct. 2 at 1:45 p.m. Shelburne Fire and Rescue responded to what turned out to be a false fire alarm on Harbor Road.
Oct. 2 at 1:51 p.m. A caller from the Quality Inn on Shelburne Road reported a retail theft from her room. Police made a report and the matter is under investigation.
Oct. 2 at 1:58 p.m. Police assisted a citizen from Spear Street after she reported her computer had been hacked. They advised her to contact an IT person and Vermont State Police.
Oct. 2 at 2:51 p.m. A woman stopped at the police station and dropped off a ring she found at Kinney Drugs on Executive Drive. The property was tagged and placed in storage until the owner can be located.
Oct. 2 at 3:58 p.m. A caller from Harbor Place reported that she was being kicked out and wanted an officer to speak with management. The officer informed her he would not and that she must leave the property if instructed to do so. She became upset and stated she would contact the governor and states attorney’s offices.
