Mary Kehoe seeks three-year term on selectboard — Mary Kehoe

Dear Shelburne Residents:

I am pleased to announce my candidacy for the open three-year seat on the Shelburne Selectboard. Since 2014, I have been a member of the Shelburne Development Review Board and since 2016, have served as its chair. In 2016, I was elected a justice of the peace for the town and currently serve on the Board of Civil Authority. Prior to moving to Shelburne, I served as a Burlington City councilor from 2009 until 2011.

I am a mediator and lawyer. At work each day, I help people resolve their differences by being open-minded and looking for solutions from every available angle. It would be a privilege to have the opportunity to bring my experience and skill set to the selectboard.

Like many Vermont towns, Shelburne is a place where people know and respect each other, a place where people work together. The selectboard should reflect these Vermont values. I look forward to hearing your concerns and sharing my views about Shelburne and the challenges we face together.
