• The following Shelburne students were named to the University of Vermont dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester. To be named to the dean’s list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school. The students are:

Umesh Acharya, Toni-Shania Bunbury, Erin Bundock, Talia Cohen, Nevin DiParlo, Eve Hallock, Natalie Jaffe, Calvin McClellan, Elizabeth O’Donnell, Matthew Palmer, Samantha Precourt, Nicole Sampson, Samantha Smith, Madeline Vdoviak-Markow, Grace Viscito, Alexander von Stange and Joshua Wright.

Kate Machavern was named to the Fall 2017 president’s list at Community College of Vermont. This honor recognizes full-time students with a 4.0 grade point average.

• The following Shelburne students at the Community College of Vermont were named to the fall 2017 student honors list: Abigail Draper, Audra Gonyea, Amanda McClary and Charles Tuttle. This honor recognizes part-time students with a 4.0 grade point average.

Rachel Unsworth was named to the dean’s list in Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications for the fall 2017 semester.

Thomas Fenn Rider was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2017 semester at Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y.

Corey James Williams was named a presidential scholar for the spring 2017 semester at Clarkson University. Presidential scholars must achieve a minimum 3.8 GPA and carry at least 14 credit hours.

Elspeth Grasso has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at the University of Delaware in Newark, Del.

Elliot Cockayne has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Emerson College in Boston, Mass.

Troy Bergeron has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass.

Rachel Smith has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio.

Parker Dunn has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Stonehill College in Easton, Mass.

Alanna Pinard-Brace has been named to the fall 2017 president’s list at SUNY Potsdam in Potsdam, N.Y.
