12:28 a.m. An officer responded to a woman reporting strange sounds coming from behind her home on Green Hills Drive. The officer checked the area, but was unable to locate anything.
9:31 a.m. Officer provided traffic control for a foot race on Harbor Road.
3:29 p.m. Police responded to a woman’s ex-boyfriend violating an Abuse Prevention Order. The man had left Harbor Place prior to the officer’s arrival. The officer obtained a statement from the woman. Essex Police later located the man and issued a citation for Violation of Abuse Prevention Order.
4:23 p.m. A resident on McCabe Circle reported theft of items from his residence. Police took a theft report and the case is under investigation.
5:07 p.m. Police responded to an injured goat along Bay Access. The officer located the animal, which appear to be fine, and notified the animal’s owner.
6:35 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Hinesburg Police at a family fight on Vermont Route 116.
10:32 a.m. Shelburne Police responded to a 911 hang up at Shelburne Community School. An officer verified it was a child playing with the telephone.
11:57 a.m. A man reported theft of items from his home on Oak Hill Road. Police took a theft report and the matter is under investigation.
1:14 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted South Burlington Police checking out a report of gunshots along Allen Road in South Burlington.
11:33 p.m. Police stopped a tractor-trailer was stopped on Shelburne Road in South Burlington and conducted a commercial vehicle inspection.
5:46 a.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue, Police, Charlotte Fire, Hinesburg Fire responded to smoke in a residence on Martindale Road. The source was located and the residence was ventilated.
12:28 p.m. A woman reported her neighbor was yelling and screaming at the Wright House. An officer responded and talked with the woman.
4:09 p.m. Police checked out a report of a sick fox on Woodbine Road. An officer located the fox and it appeared to be fine.

12:14 p.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police responded to a fire alarm at Shelburne Farms. Responders determined it was a water leak.
10:01 a.m. Police responded to a call from Harrington Avenue regarding a neighbor being threatening. Police issued a citation for disorderly conduct to Catherine Fox, 58, of Shelburne.
5:05 p.m. Officers assisted in mediating a family dispute on Shelburne Road.
5:40 p.m. A caller reported a dog running loose outside the police station but an officer was unable to locate the animal.
5:31 a.m. A caller on Shelburne Road reported an individual sending threatening messages. Police took an harassment report and the matter is under investigation.
6:55 a.m. Shelburne Police responded to a stray dog on Oak Hill Road. The animal was located and reunited with the owner.
1:50 p.m. An officer responded to a report of syringes along Vermont Route 116 and properly disposed of them.
3:26 p.m. A caller requested to speak with an officer about problems in his life. An officer met with the individual on Kimball Terrace.
