March 17
10:07 a.m. Shelburne Police located Margo Fitzpatrick, 41, at Harbor Place. She was wanted for an outstanding warrant and was transported to the police station for processing and then lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility.
12:39 p.m. Shelburne Police located a woman on Juniper Ridge wanted for an outstanding warrant. Aubriauna Emery, age 19, of Shelburne was arrested and lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility.
2:59 p.m. A caller on Pond Road and Vermont Rt. 116 reported a missing juvenile. Police filed a missing person’s report and issued a statewide broadcast.
6:23 p.m. Police assisted with a vehicle that slid off Vermont Rt. 116 in Shelburne; it was removed from the road by a wrecker.
9:09 p.m. At a traffic stop on Shelburne and South Park Roads, a driver was identified and found to be under criminal suspension. Morton Pecor, age 30, of Benson, Vt., was cited to appear in Vermont District Court, Criminal Division, on April 12 to answer to the charge of Driving while License Suspended.

March 18
3:55 a.m. Animal control was notified about a dog running loose on the Shelburne Campground.
4:29 p.m. A caller reported her ex has violated an abuse prevention order. An officer obtained a statement and the case is under investigation.
6:26 p.m. Police were called to do a welfare check on a client at Harbor Place. The person was located and transported to the hospital to meet with crisis services.
10:59 p.m. Police were called to help remove and unwanted guest from the Days Inn Motel but the individual left before police arrived.

March 19
7:25 a.m. Police were called about a bicycle left at Shelburne Community School. Police found the bike and returned it to its owner.
7:52 a.m. Police took a report of a windshield damaged on Ethan Allen Highway and Ferry Road in Charlotte. The case was turned over to Vermont State Police.
3:04 p.m. Police were called about a man harassing a woman Harbor Place. Police located the individuals and helped resolve the issue.
5:51 p.m. Shelburne Police, Fire and Rescue responded to a two-car collision on Shelburne Road. One vehicle left the scene and was later stopped. One individual in the vehicle was transported to the hospital. The driver, Eric Robbins, 32, of Burlington, was cited to appear in Vermont District Court Criminal Division, on April 19 to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
8:33 p.m. A caller on Penny Lane reported his son left home with firearms. Police caught up with the younger man who told police where the weapons were located. They were found and returned to the father.
8:59 p.m. Charlotte Fire and Rescue responded to help with an elevator emergency at Shelburne Bay. The individual in the elevator was removed and no injuries reported.

March 20
12:16 a.m. At a traffic stop, on Webster and Shelburne Roads, a driver, Marisa Moutinho, age 22, of Tumbull, Conn., was cited to appear in Vermont District Court Criminal Division, on April 10 to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
11:57 a.m. Police were called to escort an individual creating a disturbance at Harbor Place.
5:03 p.m. Police took a theft report from a business on Shelburne Road; the suspect was not located and the case is under investigation.
5:09 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Chittenden Family Court with service of abuse prevention order at the Wright House.
5:18 p.m. Police took a report after a two-car crash on Falls Road; no one was injured.
7:18 p.m. A caller reported man and woman were fighting at Harbor Place. The responding officer located the woman and requested EMS for her. Shelburne Rescue was dispatched, but patient refused transported to the hospital. The man left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival, but was located driving on Shelburne Road. The man was identified and found to be under criminal suspension. Larry Carter, 35, of Colchester, was cited to appear in Vermont District Court Criminal Division, on April 19 to answer to the charge of Driving while License Suspended.

March 21
1:21 a.m. Police went to Harbor Place to escort a man and woman from the property after they caused a disturbance.
1:55 a.m. An officer located a vehicle off the road on Pond Road; a wrecker was called to remove the vehicle.
2:05 a.m. Police checked out a report of a suspicious vehicle near Kelady Drive, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
9:44 a.m. A caller reported a suspicious man hanging out near Bay Plaza. An officer located a runaway from a residence in South Burlington and turned the individual over to South Burlington Police.
1 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Chittenden Family Court with serving an abuse prevention order at the Wright House.

March 22
4:19 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Vermont State Police with a cow in the road at Nordic Farm in Charlotte.
5:36 p.m. Police responded to a report of a horse in the road on Spear Street and Thomas Road; they found the animal and returned it to the owner.
6 p.m. Police assisted with a man and woman refusing to leave the Days Inn and creating a disturbance. Police escorted them off the property.
6:21 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted South Burlington Police at a burglar alarm call on Shelburne Road.

March 23
1:17 p.m. A caller reported a man was refusing to check out of Harbor Place. Police located and took the individual into protective custody and took the man to detox.
