May 12
12:58 a.m. Reports of an erratic driver on Shelburne Road near Vermont Teddy Bear caused police to stop the driver.
4:34 p.m. Police checked by Hillside Terrace for a dog reportedly running loose but they could not find the dog.
11:49 p.m. Police checked out a report of a suspicious car parked at Shelburne Campground but couldn’t find anyone.
11:55 p.m. Police received a report of a suspicious car parked near Boulder Hill Drive. Police checked and made sure everyone was okay.

May 13
1:27 p.m. Someone called to report a car leaking fluids near Athletic Drive. Policed checked out the car and found everything to be okay.
7 p.m. Someone reported a missing family member. Police took in the information, and eventually the man was located in Williston and reunited with his family.
8:18 p.m. Police were asked to do a welfare check on a resident of Bay Road. Police contacted the person and the Crisis Service.
11:35 p.m. A resident of Cedar Ridge Drive reported loud music coming from a neighbor’s house. By the time police arrived, the music had died down.

May 14
12:05 p.m. Two cars crashed by the intersection of Harbor Road and Shelburne Road. Shelburne Police, Fire, Rescue and Charlotte Rescue responded and Shelburne Rescue took an injured person to the hospital.
5:27 p.m. Police received a report of an erratic driver near Mount Philo and Witch Hazel roads. Police stopped the car and talked to the driver.
6:47 p.m. A dog was caught running around by Shelburne Museum. Police reunited it with its owner.
7:26 p.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police went to Harbor Place on Shelburne Road for a fire in landscaping mulch. The fire was extinguished. No one was hurt.

May 15
2:22 a.m. and 5:04 a.m. Police conducted commercial vehicle inspections on trucks on Shelburne Road.
8:00 a.m. Police checked on a report of a stray dog by Stonegate Lane and Webster Road but officers could not find the dog.
10:54 a.m. Police assisted the Chittenden County State’s Attorney’s office by serving paperwork to someone on Nashville Drive.
1:19 p.m. Police tried to help Essex Police to find a runaway child. Police did not find the child in Shelburne.
4:59 p.m. A person called for insurance purposes to report a two car crash that happened earlier in the day near Hillside Terrace.
5:27 p.m. Police assisted Vermont State Police at a car crash at the intersection of I-189 and Shelburne Road
5:04 p.m. Police found a dog that was running loose around Shelburne Community School and reunited it with its owners.
8:38 p.m. Police conducted a commercial vehicle inspection on a truck on Shelburne Road.

May 16
1:08 a.m. Police attempted to assist Essex Police with checking on an individual at Hunters Way but officers couldn’t find the person.
7:57 a.m. Shelburne Police assisted South Burlington Police at a car crash at Spear Street and Cedar Glen.
11:41 a.m. Police assisted someone to put in a child car seat.
11:42 a.m. Police conducted a welfare check on a person on Henry Street who was found to be okay.
12:41 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted Chittenden Family Court in serving an Abuse Prevention Order on Shelburne Road.
7:24 p.m. A landlord called police because of a dispute with former tenant on Shelburne Road. The officers assisted in mediating the dispute.
10:06 p.m. Police came across an unlocked business on Shelburne Road. The officer locked up.

May 17
4:12 a.m. Police conducted a commercial vehicle inspection on a truck on Shelburne Road.
4:50 a.m. Police received a report of a suspicious person on Shelburne Road but officers could not locate the individual.
9:35 a.m. Someone reported an erratic driver on Shelburne Road. Police found and stopped the driver.
2:00 p.m. Someone reported smelling gas near Spinnaker Lane. Fire and Rescue determined the smell was not gas.
2:27 p.m. Police assisted Colchester Police with delivering a message to someone at the North Star Motel on Shelburne Road.
4:30 p.m. Someone reported individuals skateboarding on the tennis courts at Davis Park. Police asked the individuals to leave the tennis court area.
7:15 p.m. Police attempted to assist Probations and Parole with locating an individual, but they could not find the person.

May 18
12:10 a.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police responded to a false fire alarm on Heather Lane.
2:19 a.m. Police conducted a commercial vehicle inspection on a truck on Shelburne Road.
1:39 p.m. Shelburne Rescue assisted Hinesburg First Response at a motor vehicle crash at Hayden Hill and North Road. A patient was transported to the hospital by Richmond Rescue.
7:28 p.m. Police and Rescue responded to Morse Drive where a 911 caller reported an unresponsive family member. Responders determined that the patient was deceased and notified the medical examiner’s office. A police officer conducted an investigation and determined the death was not suspicious.
