June 24
9:47 p.m. At a traffic stop on Nashville Road, police found a driver to have a criminally suspended license. They took Thomas Beane, age 31 of Shelburne to the station for processing where he was  issued a citation for driving with license suspended and released with an Aug. 16 court date.

June 25
11:06 a.m. Shelburne Rescue assisted Vergennes Rescue at a medical call near U.S. Route 7 and Old Hollow Road in Ferrisburgh with multiple injuries. Patients were transported to the hospital by Shelburne Rescue, Charlotte Rescue and Bristol Rescue and Vergennes Rescue.

June 28
2:35 p.m. After a traffic stop on Spear Street, police took Nelson T. Lime, age 30 of Charlotte, to the station for processing and issued him a citation for driving with license suspended and released.4:41 p.m. Police were called to Harbor Place on Shelburne Road to help resolve a dispute with a guest regarding handling his property.

June 29
1:51 a.m. At a traffic stop on Shelburne Road, police transported Anthony Dalonzo II, age 29 of Spencerport, N.Y. to the police station for processing. Dalonzo was issued a citation for driving under the influence and taken to detox.

July 1
11:05 a.m. A resident on Beaver Creek Road reported stolen items. The items were located.
3:31 p.m. Cows were in the middle of Pond Road. Police corralled them out of the road.
6:50 p.m. An intoxicated man created a disturbance at Harbor Place. Police took him into protective custody and transported him to a detox facility.

July 2
12:46 a.m. Police attempted to help South Burlington Police find an intoxicated man near the intersection of Shelburne Road and Fayette Road but they could not find him.
4:29 a.m. Police assisted South Burlington Police at a possible residential burglary on Sommerfield Avenue in South Burlington.
11:57 a.m. Police, Fire and Rescue responded to a two-car crash on Shelburne Road; everyone involved refused transport to the hospital.
2:22 p.m. Someone working at Haircuts Plus on Shelburne Road called to report stolen services. Before police got to the business, the customer returned and paid the bill.
3:31 p.m. No one was injured in a two-car accident on Wake Robin Drive. Police took statements for insurance purposes.
4:25 p.m. A woman called to report a dog who attacked her the previous day on Harrington Avenue at the Wright House. The animal control officer was notified.
7:10 p.m. A 911 caller reported a kayaker in distress. Shelburne Police, Fire, Rescue, Charlotte Fire, Rescue were dispatched and U.S. Coast Guard and Vermont State Police responded but could not find the kayaker.
7:14 p.m. Police assisted South Burlington Police find missing juveniles near Deborah Drive in South Burlington.
8:31 p.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police were dispatched to a fire seen from the lake. It was determined the caller was seeing the sun reflecting off windows of a house.
10:36 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted the Medical Examiner’s Office with follow-up on a death investigation on Henry Street.
11:48 p.m. Police took statements for insurance purposes after a two-car accident at the intersection of Shelburne Road and Harbor Road. There were no injuries.

July 3
12:39 a.m. A woman called to report a dog barking from a nearby apartment on Henry Street. Police located the dog and notified its owner.
12:09 p.m. A woman called to report a theft from a business on Shelburne Road. Police are investigating.
1:37 p.m. A person on Farm Barn Lane locked their keys in the car with their dog. Police attempted to unlock the door but called a wrecker service to unlock the car.
4 p.m. A person called to report a possible homeless camp on Longmeadow Drive. Police checked out the area, but could not locate the camp.
4:03 p.m. An individual from Shelburne Road called to report harassing phone calls. Police are investigating further.
4:07 p.m. Accidental 911 call from Shelburne Road.
4:30 p.m. Police were called to Kinney Drugs on Executive Drive where a woman was yelling at another customer. When police got to the store the woman creating the disturbance was gone. Police later located her at Harbor Place and issued her a trespass notice.
7:13 p.m. Police checked out a report of an erratic driver on Falls Road near the shopping center but were unable to find the driver.
7:23 p.m. Police mediated a dispute between guests at the Countryside Motel on Shelburne Road.
9:05 p.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police responded to a 911 call at Wake Robin for a brush pile burning. They located and extinguished the fire.

July 4
3:02 a.m. Police went to North Star Motel to escorted a woman who was yelling from the property at the request of management.
6:30 a.m. A person walked into Shelburne Rescue to report a medical emergency, but then refused transport to the hospital.
8:35 a.m. Police unlocked a car in the Shelburne Shopping Park parking lot on Falls Road for someone who locked their keys in the car.
12:41 p.m. Shelburne Rescue, Police and Williston Rescue paramedic responded to a 911 call on Vermont Route 116. The patient was taken to the hospital by Shelburne Rescue.
1:18 p.m. Police checked out a report of a suspicious person near Gardenside Lane. Police located, identified and released the person.
3:51 p.m. Shelburne Police assisted South Burlington Police with a traffic stop near the intersection of Shelburne Road and Allen Road.
4:04 p.m. Shelburne Fire assisted Vermont State Police in an attempt to recover the missing kayaker’s body.
4:44 p.m. Shelburne Police enjoyed the music as they patrolled a concert at Shelburne Museum.
5:46 p.m. Police took statements from a two-car accident on Inn Road; there were no injuries.

July 5
10:34 a.m. Police were called about a two-car accident at Harbor Road and Shelburne Road but could not find anyone when they arrived.
11:19 a.m. A walk-in at the police station requested a local record check for foreign travel.
1 p.m. A police officer helped someone unlock their car after they locked themselves out.
5:10 p.m. Shelburne Fire, Rescue and Police were dispatched to what turned out to be a false fire alarm on Ridgefield Road.
5:59 p.m. Police returned a cell phone to its owner, who lost it near the community garden on LaPlatte Circle.
6:51 p.m. Police mediated a dispute between two residents at the Wright House on Harrington Avenue.
11:57 p.m. A police officer found a business on Shelburne Road unlocked. The officer locked up.

July 6
1:15 a.m. Police checked businesses along Shelburne Road, Falls Road and Shelburne Shopping Park.
4:24 a.m. Someone reported a suspicious car near Tracy Lane and Stokes Lane. Police found the car, identified and released the individuals.
11:03 a.m. Shelburne Police identified and released a suspicious person on Shelburne Road.
1:49 p.m. Police checked out a report of an erratic driver near the intersection of Shelburne Road and Hullcrest Road but could not find the driver.
6:37 p.m. Police checked on someone on Meadow Lane. The person was OK.
8:10 p.m. Animal control was notified about a dog running loose near the intersection of Dorset Street and Irish Hill Road.
8:58 p.m. Shelburne Fire and Rescue responded to a 911 call about a leaking propane tank on Sugarbush Road. They removed the hazard.
9:07 p.m. An officer unlocked a car for an individual who locked their keys in their car on Farm Barn Lane.
