Lake Champlain Land Trust Executive Director Chris Boget gives a presentation at the organization’s 40th anniversary celebration at Shelburne Vineyard recently. Since 1978, the environmental organization has led conservation efforts in and along the lake encompassing some 10,000 acres, 17 islands, and 21 miles of shoreline including 25 public access natural areas.
