Dec. 22
12:06 a.m. Police were called to Harbor Place for a suspicious vehicle and found that it was a guest getting picked up.
1:15 a.m. Police stopped Alisa Rosenberg, 37, of Middlebury, on Ethan Allen Highway in Charlotte. She was taken to the police station and released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Jan. 10 to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
9:27 a.m. Police mediated a child custody dispute on Juniper Ridge.
11:15 a.m. Police returned found property turned into the Police Department to the owner.
5:15 p.m. Police took a report of vandalism at a Falls Road business.

Dec. 23
10:15 a.m. Police helped a person with their disabled car on Marsett Road.
2:33 p.m. Police, fire and rescue were dispatched to a two-car crash on Falls Road. Those involved refused transport to the hospital.
4:49 p.m. Joshua Thibault, 40, of St. Albans, was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Feb. 7 to answer to the charge of Driving with License Suspended.
11:45 p.m. Marina Berger, age 26, of Burlington was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Jan. 17 to answer to the charge of Excessive Speed. Police stopped her while she was driving more than 30 mph above the 50 mph limit.

Dec. 24
12:30 a.m. Police enforced the parking ban.
6:21 p.m. Police responded to a two-car crash on Locust Hill and Shelburne Road. There were no injuries.

Dec. 25
7:50 p.m. Police and rescue were dispatched to an attempted suicide on Shelburne Road. The individual was transported to the hospital.

Dec. 26
3:13 p.m. Police transported a man from Harbor Place to detox after he refused to leave.

Dec. 27
10:03 a.m. Police mediated a child-custody dispute on Penny Lane.
12:08 p.m. Police checked out a report of a suspicious person on Hedgerow Drive.
5:25 p.m. Police mediated a family fight on Brentwood Drive.
5:38 p.m. Police were called to assist with an individual threatening self-harm on Red Cedar Lane. A family member took the individual to the hospital.
7:50 p.m. Police responded to Spear Street where a car had hit a deer. The vehicle sustained minor damage.
10:45 p.m. Police went to Henry Street after a noise complaint and asked the homeowners to turn the music down.

Dec. 28
11:44 a.m. Police responded to a one-car crash on Shelburne Road. There were no injuries.
11:53 a.m. Police assisted a man at Harbor Place who called to report items in his room appeared to have been moved and he was concerned someone may have entered his room.
1:10 p.m. Police assisted with a disabled car on Dorset Street.
6:12 p.m. Police served an Abuse of Prevention Order to an individual on Brentwood Drive.

9:58 p.m. Police conducted a welfare check on a Hedgerow Drive resident who was OK.

Dec. 30
11:47 a.m. Police mediated a family fight on Brentwood Drive.
7:38 p.m. Police mediated a family fight on Winter Haven Road.
8:51 p.m. Police conducted a welfare check on a Harbor Place guest who was OK.

Dec. 31
10:31 a.m. Police are investigating vandalism at the Creamery office building on Shelburne Road.

Jan. 1
12:23 p.m. Police conducted a welfare check on a Nashville Road resident who was OK.
9:34 a.m. Police and rescue were dispatched to the Days Inn on Shelburne Road for a report of an individual attempting to harm himself. With the assistance of South Burlington Police, the individual was taken into protective custody and taken to the hospital.
11:44 a.m. Police are investigating a potential burglary at an Athletic Drive business.
3:29 p.m. Police conducted a child welfare check on Henry Street.
10:43 p.m. Police checked out a report of a disturbance on Ockert Lane.

Jan. 2
7:16 a.m. Fire and rescue were dispatched to a gas leak at a home on Thompson Road. No one was hurt.
12:58 p.m. Police took a report of potential bank fraud.
3:50 p.m. Police investigated a theft from Kinney Drugs on Executive Drive.
5:17 p.m. Police took a report of a car crash that happened earlier in the day at Shelburne Shopping Park.
8:44 p.m. Police were called to Harbor Place for a domestic dispute, but did not find anything when they arrived.

Jan. 3
5:09 a.m. Police enforced the winter parking ban.
2:33 p.m. Woman reported her dog was attacked at Shelburne Bay Park.
4:50 p.m. Police assisted a social worker at Shelburne Campground.

Jan. 4
8:40 a.m. Police responded to a car crash on Shelburne Road.
11:37 a.m. A woman called to report suspicious footprints in her yard and her neighbor’s yard. Police determined that a water department worker had been reading meters.
12:24 p.m. Police assisted Burlington Police with serving paperwork to an individual on Shelburne Road.
7:02 p.m. Police checked out a report of a noise disturbance on Henry Street, but couldn’t hear anything when they got there.
11:32 p.m. Stephen Davis, age 33, of Preston, Md., was lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility after being stopped on Shelburne Road and charged with Driving Under the Influence. He was to be arraigned in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division.
