Feb. 16
8:15 a.m. Police were called to Kinney Drugs on Executive Drive for a retail theft report. The individuals involved were located and cited for trespassing.
12:09 p.m. Police attempted to assist Colchester Police who were trying to locate an individual on Penny Lane. They did not find the person.
9:23 p.m. Police assisted with removing an individual from a property on Shelburne Road who was refusing to leave.
11:17 p.m. Police were called to Shelburne Road for a report of a family fight. On arrival police found that the individuals involved had already separated and no physical altercation had occurred.

Feb. 17
12:18 a.m. Police went to Harbor Place on Shelburne Road to check out a report of a disturbance. Officers spoke with individuals in the area and found no evidence of a disturbance.
1:02 a.m. Police assisted South Burlington Police with a reported active domestic disturbance on Bay Crest Drive in South Burlington.
4:03 a.m. Police went to Countryside Motel on Shelburne Road where an individual who has repeatedly trespassed was refusing to leave. Daniel Culver, age 45 of Baltimore, Vt., was taken into custody and transported to the Shelburne Police Department where he was released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass. Police gave him a courtesy ride to Burlington.
Later at 3:43 p.m. Police returned to Countryside Motel after receiving a call that Culver had returned and was outside yelling and kicking at a door. Culver was arrested and taken first to the Shelburne Police Department and then to the Chittenden County Correctional Facility where he was lodged on the charge of Unlawful Trespass.
10:27 a.m. Police assisted the state Sex Offender Registry with compliancy checks.
8:55 p.m. Police assisted with getting an individual to leave the Quality Inn on Shelburne Road.

Feb. 18
10:39 a.m. Police assisted on Shelburne Road where a delivery truck had driven into a ditch and was completely blocking one lane. Police remained on scene until a wrecker removed the vehicle.
11:14 a.m. Charlotte Fire requested a driver safety check for new fire-rescue members.

Feb. 20
3:41 p.m. Police removed construction debris in the roadway on Shelburne Road.
3:55 p.m. Police assisted South Burlington Police on Shelburne Road where a man was running into traffic. The individual was taken into protective custody by South Burlington Police.

Feb. 21
3:11 p.m. Police assisted South Burlington Police with a traffic stop on Shelburne Road.
11:55 p.m. A caller reported a medical alarm at The Terraces. Shelburne Rescue and Police were dispatched and found an individual experiencing a medical emergency. The patient was transported to UVM Medical Center.

Feb. 22
7:45 a.m. Police stopped to inspect a tractor-trailer on Shelburne Road at Harbor Road after a call that it was operating with an unsafe mechanical problem. State Department of Motor Vehicle Enforcement was contacted for further examination of the vehicle.
9:42 a.m. Police went to Harbor Place to check out a report of a disturbance. They spoke with all involved and no further action was needed.
