It’s a boy!

Town Manager Joe Colangelo, his wife Heather, and daughter Shannon, 2, welcomed a new baby boy to the family on Tuesday. Chester Joseph Colangelo was born at 11:53 a.m. at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Chester weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and measured 20.5 in. All are reportedly doing well.
