The first session will be Day Camp (June 21-25), which features five days of excitement and challenge. The focus of training is enhancing a passion for the sport in a positive learning environment, coupled with excellent skill training and fun competitions. This will give beginners to advanced players the opportunity to learn about the game and themselves alongside current and former Catamount standouts.

Next is the GK/Striker Camp (July 12-16), which is a camp for those players interested in developing either goal scoring or stopping ability. The focus is on all aspects of scoring goals from shooting, to crossing, to aerial finishing, as well as all aspects of stopping goals, from shot-stopping, to breakaways, to footwork, to crossing, and more. As a camper you will come away with new abilities and confidence to become a standout player, a level above the competition.

Finally, the Premier/Team Residential camp (July 18-22), which encompasses three types of competitors in an environment filled with passion, enthusiasm, and high-level instruction. High school teams will utilizie the UVM coaching staff and other college coaches to prepare for the upcoming seasons. Individuals will train with UVM coaches to sharpen skills and technique while expanding an understanding for the game at a premier level. The goalkeepers will receive a solid diet of cutting-edge training and matches to improve technique and match presence. Overall, the camp involves intense morning training, small-sided afternoon competition, and competitive full-sided evening matches for players to gain an edge going to the fall season. This camp is also used as an ID Camp for UVM staff to fill its roster for 2010 and beyond.
