Virginia Meyerson - Shelburne

Virginia "Ginny" Meyerson, 96, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Wake Robin following a long illness. She was born on Nov. 12, 1913 in New York City, the daughter of John and Martha (Sichel) Rainbault. Ginny graduated from Pratt Institute of New York in 1936. She worked as a commercial artist and photographer in New York City for several years. She married Mike Meyerson in 1953; he predeceased her in 1989. Ginny moved to Vermont in 1976, living first in Charlotte then moving to Wake Robin. She taught Art Classes while at Wake Robin, and she has some of her art work displayed there. A Circle of Remembrance will be celebrated at Wake Robin on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 2 p.m. Shelburne Funeral Chapel of Corbin & Palmer Funeral & Cremation Services, 209 Falls Road, Shelburne, in care of arrangements.
