Steve and Sarah Clayton are dishing up free lunches in front of the Shelburne Supermarket - weather permitting - every Friday from noon to 1:30 p.m., or as long as supplies last.  

"On The Grill with Steve" this Friday, June 11, will offer grilled sliced chicken and Vitamin Water donated by Coke. Last week they cooked and served 96 LaPlatte natural beef sliders and bottled Honest Tea.

The Friday barbeques started on May 28 with grilled sirloin tips.

"We're doing this as a thank you to the community for shopping here, and because it's summer and its fun to grill," said Sarah.
