Shelburne Parks and Recreation kicks off its 15th Annual Summer Concert Series on Wed. July 7. The Town is invited to the concert at Shelburne Farms for a relaxing and entertaining evening with friends and family in the courtyard of the Farm Barn. The concerts begin at 6:30 p.m., but the gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for picnics and socializing. If it's raining, bring your chairs and food to camp out in the Town gym and you won't miss out on the great music.
The first concert of the season is sponsored by Almartin Volvo and features the soulful voice of singer and songwriter Dan Walker. He performs acoustic-Americana roots music at venues across the country.

The Summer Concert Series continues each Wednesday evening in July with a line-up of talented musicians: July 14, Don Campbell Band; July 21, Mellow Yellow; July 28, The Rhythm Rockets and fireworks show. The Shelburne Recreation Committee will be on hand with concessions for those who don't wish to pack a picnic. Donations welcomed to help cover costs.
