Comedians Chad Smith, Pat Lynch, Colin Ryan, and Tony Bates must really love pets. The team of comedians is donating their jokes for the night of May 5 to support the work of the Humane Society of Chittenden County (HSCC). The show will be held at Higher Ground's Showcase Lounge this Thursday. Doors open at Higher Ground at 7:30 p.m.; show begins at 8 p.m.  Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door and are available through www.highergroundmusic.com.
