The Lodge at Shelburne Bay completed its second expansion in 10 years with the opening of the Shores Assisted Living community - a 20 million dollar, 90 bed, and state-of-the-art project. The 100,000 square foot building consists of 76 rental apartments for seniors. The new community shares a campus with the existing Lodge at Shelburne Bay, which offers residents all inclusive rental options that include 90 independent living apartments and a memory care program. 

Designed by Wiemann Lamphere Architects, the expanded facility features community amenities including two dining rooms, a country kitchen, media room, salon spaces, fitness/exercise, and pool areas. Additional lounge spaces, nooks, and libraries are also interspersed throughout.
