OFFICIAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL WIND RIDGE PUBLISHING, INC. GIVEAWAYS
ELIGIBILITY: As of the date of entry, entrants must at least eighteen (18) years old. Officers, directors, employees and shareholders of Sponsor and the immediate families thereof, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. "Immediate family" means only spouses, parents and children.
TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter: (1) complete the required fields on the entry form appropriate contest page and click on ENTER or Submit, (2) email promot@windridgepublsihing.com the following information; Contest Title, your name, address, email address and phone number, (3) send by U.S. mail service; Contest Title, your name, address, email address and phone number to the offices of Wind Ridge Publishing located at 233 Falls Road, Shelburne, VT 05482. Entries must be received prior to the applicable promotion period end dates to be eligible. Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, agencies and employees are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete transcription of entry information; lost, stolen, late, or misdirected entries; destruction or alteration of entries; unauthorized access to entries; human error, technical malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, lost data, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or any entries that for any reason are not received within the applicable promotion period. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All fields on the entry forms must be completed for the entry forms to be valid. By completing and submitting an entry form, entrants are granting Wind Ridge Publishing Inc express permission to contact entrant at the telephone number(s) provided, even if such telephone number(s) have been registered on any state or federal "do not call" list.
SELECTION OF WINNER: If there is a question of identity of winner, before receiving the prize and as a condition of receiving prize, the Winner may be required to provide valid state-issued photo identification featuring Winner's name and address as it appeared on the entry form. All Winners are responsible for any taxes and obligation affiliate with prize winnings and releases Wind Ridge Publishing, any Sponsor and its subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, advertisers, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to the giveaway and the prize. If Winner fails to pick up the prize(s) within fourteen (14) days of notification an alternate Winner will be chosen by random drawing, to be held as soon as reasonably practicable. Alternate Winner is subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules. Entrants agree that the decisions of the judge of the drawing are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing.
MISCELLANEOUS: State, federal and local taxes, including income taxes, are solely the responsibility of the winner of the prize. Sponsor will furnish to the IRS any required tax reporting forms relating to the award of any prize. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the retail value of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend part or all of any giveaway at its sole discretion should any virus, non-authorized intervention, telecommunications or computer failure, malfunction, or other cause beyond their reasonable control, corrupt or impair the security, administration fairness and/or operation of the giveaway. In such event, a drawing will be conducted to award the applicable prize using all entries received as of the time of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and licensees and their agents and their successors and assigns from any and all actions, suits, claims and demands of any kind whatsoever, including any and all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising out of their participation in the giveaway and with respect to the award, receipt, possession, use and/or mis-use of the prize, which entrants, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns had, now have, or hereafter may have by reason of any matter connected to the giveaway, including the awarding of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical or printing errors in any promotion materials. Any person suspected of defrauding or tampering with the giveaways in any way will be disqualified and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the giveaway, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Sponsor makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and disclaims any implied warranty. A complete list of winners and their prizes will be made available upon request by emailing promo@windridgepublishing.com . Wind Ridge Publishing, Inc. reserves the right to offer a rain check or prize of equal value for any prize not immediately available. The giveaways are not promoted, sponsored and/or administered by the management or owner of any point of promotion location including any manufacturer of any gift.
CONSENT TO USE OF INFORMATION: By participating in this Promotion, Winner consents to Wind Ridge Publishing, Inc and Sponsor's use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and voice for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media worldwide (including online) without further compensation or consideration and waives the right and opportunity to inspect or approve any such advertising, publicity or promotional materials, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Wind Ridge Publishing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per household.
