Shelburne Police assisted Williston Police at a motor vehicle crash.

Traffic Stop. The operator was identified and transported to the Police Station for processing. Following processing the operator was issued a citation for Driving under the Influence and released.
Caller reported a stray dog running loose. Animal Control Officer was notified.

Traffic Stop. Went the
officer attempted to identify and remove the operator from the vehicle he
resisted. With the assistance of a
Vermont State Police Troop, the operator was taken into custody and transported
to the Police Station for processing.
Following processing the operator was issued a citation for Possession
of Marijuana, Resisting Arrest and Assault on a Police Officer.

Caller reported 2 dogs that were not under the control of the owners. Shelburne Police was dispatched. The officer located individuals that stated the dogs were leashed, but had a minor fight when the met each other.

Caller reported a suspicious male in the area. Shelburne Police was dispatched. The individual was located, identified and released.

Traffic Stop. The operator was identified and found to be under criminal suspension. Operator was transported to the Police Station for processing. Following processing the operator was issued a citation for Driving with License Suspended and released.

Walk-in was concerned with the increased presents of police on her street. She was informed that we have increased our patrols in the neighborhoods due to vehicle break-ins. She did not agree with why we had increased our visibility in the area and felt it was directed towards her.
